Description: From the private collection of a doll collector. This lovely antique French fashion doll is from the manufacturer Francois Gaultier. The doll has a bisque head with pierced ears and shoulder plate with a leather body. She has blue glass eyes and a replacement mohair wig that was made by Wendy Feidt. Her wonderful costume consists of a dress made with fine antique cotton organdy and silk. There is also a silk hat with tiny vintage flowers. She has cotton pantaloons and slip, and leather boots. I was not able to remove the clothing, and the cork pate is glued permanently inside the head opening. The doll is 12" tall. Please note: I have added photos of her body and under garments. Condition: I found no damage to the head or body. The clothing is in good condition except for some discoloration to the silk fabric on the hat. From a smoke free environment.
