It can be worn so that it looks either like a twisted or heart pattern. It is marked 585 (meaning 14K), Peru, 14k and EG (for Eternagold designer). It is in excellent condition as it is gently used with a few minor fine scratches. It was tested and verified to be 14K gold. It weighs 1.98 grams.
