Description: Antique Craftsman Style Complete Staircase - Circa 1910 Fir / Oak Architectural Salvage. The overall dimensions of the lower staircase are 130" (from the face of the lower riser to the face of the rear riser) x 40" wide at the base and 34 1/2" wide at the top (wall to wall), and the upper section is 30" (from the face of the lower riser to the face of the top riser) x 50" (wall to wall). The treads are all 11 3/8" and the risers are 6 1/4". The staircase is very comfortable due to the very deep treads and the shorter risers on the entire stairway (this is quite rare for this age of a home). The entire staircase is made of fir and the treads are solid oak. The staircase has a heavy square newel post, square balusters, a round over railing and a very nice landing so it could easily be adapted to many different design possibilities. It is in excellent condition and has the original shellac (varnish) finish) with a beautiful aged patina. This staircase is absolutely beautiful and is ready for your installation! This is in Great condition with a beautiful patina and is ready for display, use or your restoration project.
