It has a modest neckline with a rhinestone bar accent at the center. It has a matching belt, and the prettiest pleated flowing skirt. The fabric I believe to be a rayon crepe. It is thicker, but still flowy and has quite a bit of ease with movement. The dress has small silver toned rhinestones throughout, and there is a side metal zipper by “Waldes”.
