Description: Signed and numbered art print "Ananse Captures Osebo" 5/20, 1970s Bold black and white graphic rendering of the African folktale of trickster spider Ananse catching the leoard Osebo by trapping him in a pit, and outsmarting yet another bigger and more powerful opponent. Surrounded by a 3" cool gray matting, with a 1.75"-2" border around the art. Signed in pencil on lower right, with title and numbering (5/20) in the lower left and center, respectively. We were unable to determine the artist or decipher the signature. We have another print of same size and framing, with a similar subject matter among our listings. The label is no longer on the reverse, however we are adding a picture of the label from the other Ananse work in our possession. Framed work is 19" by 22.75" by .75" Art measures 8.75" by 11.75" In very good condition, with light scratches to the metal frame. Payment due within three days of your winning bid.
