Nearly 100% of the graded items we sell we opened ourselves. About our inventory: SGC is our preferred grading partner as their pricing, turn around times, customer service and personal touch set them apart from the other grading companies we have worked with the past few years. About our service: As we are a collector we understand what collector buyers look for with a purchase. Every slab is shipped in a padded sleeve, in a padded envelope and shipped Priority mail if over $100. Our goal is always to ship next business day (as a note Friday purchases will most likely ship on Monday). About our capabilities: We are not a broker or company that employs a large staff and are set up to keep transactions as simple as possible. Complicated transactions, especially concerning payment we are just not set up for.... Payment-For all auctions and applicable BIN listings payment is expected within 4 days. After 4 days the item will automatically be cancelled and will be relisted (the EBay 4 day automatic cancellation feature enabled). We will send invoices for multiple items won daily. For items won on different days we will not send an invoice (items should automatically combine in cart). We do not offer terms or extensions of any kind. Requests for more time will not receive a response message. We do not split up items on an invoice for separate payment. Most BIN are set for immediate payment. Vintage-As we are not professional graders we do not provide feedback on condition or flaw details unless the flaws are most egregious (significant creases, etc). Inevitably we will miss something and a buyer will be disappointed. If the grade is a 5 or below you should expect varying degrees of significant flaws. Requests for details on flaws will not receive a response message. Slab Shipping-Due to increased shipping rates and packaging costs we charge for shipping on all slabs. Each shipped slab transaction is $3.95, no matter how many slabs on that transaction. Combined shipping should automatically combine in cart. Once we print a shipping label we cannot combine shipping. Wax Shipping-We do charge shipping for wax as all wax ships Priority Mail Box. We do not set the system to combine shipping nor do we set cart to combine shipping on wax for multiple purchases. However, if you are interested in purchasing multiple wax boxes please contact us BEFORE purchasing and will do our best to offer combined shipping. Returns-We do not accept returns. If a return is filed through EBay for buyers remorse or buyers mistake we will not accept and will let EBay decide the outcome.
