It has 9 zipper compartments, 1 is a cooler pocket, 1 magnetic pocket, 1 open pocket, umbrella well, towel ring, glove patch, padded carry strap, trunk handles, and the rain cover. This bag is still in very good usable shape. All the zippers work, no holes, rips or tears, just some normal wear from use. It weighs approx. 9 pounds. Please see the pics.
