2022 P Dr. Sally Ride American Woman Quarter Error Ghost Comet Tail US Coin

Description: 2022-P Dr. Sally Ride Error Quarter (The Ghost Comet) Dr. Sally Ride was the First American Woman in Space! On these Error Quarters, Washington from the obverse side of the coin was punched partially through to the reverse! This caused an outline of Washington on the reverse side of this coin. The outline is called the "Ghost Comet" The easiest place to see this outline is a "V" pattern to the left of Dr. Sally Ride in the coin's field. You may need to turn the coin with the light reflection to see this tilted "V" shape in the open field. Once you locate the Ghost Comet to the left of Dr. Sally Ride, you will notice more Comet trails on the right side of Dr. Salle Ride. The "Ghost Comet" is a great name for this error, since the open fields on the reverse of this coin is outer space!
