GUARANTEE We test every used disc to make sure it plays. If a disc is new, we make sure there is nothing shaking around in the case, we can only assume it was made properly and stored correctly, so for new discs we guarantee it plays properly or you can return it for a full refund. PROBLEMS If you have a problem, please contact us first and let us resolve it, sometimes mistakes happen. Leaving a bad review without giving us a chance to resolve any issues does not help, it only raises costs for future buyers. DIGITAL CODES Some of our discs show they contain Digital Codes, be advised these codes do not work, even if they do we do not warrant them, you are only purchasing the Discs and Case they come in.
