It has allover blue sequins, huge puffed sleeves, and heavy embellishment on beaded floral bodice! Truly beautiful! Fitted with a mermaid shape with a high low hem that has a ruffle all the way around. Please expect slight wear as it is vintage and pre-owned-- but I bought it new and wore it once (at my own prom!). The sleeves are designed to be off-shoulder. Please see measurements below. It may have some missing sequins or slight flaws but there are none that I can find.
