Description: Original 1903 botany book, "Mosses with Hand-Lens and Microscope: A Non-Technical Handbook of the More Common Mosses of the Northeastern United States." The book is overall in good condition with some signs of wear and age. The covers have some mild soiling and wear. There is cracking to the interior hinges, but the binding is still good and sound. The front fep has a vintage bookplate adhered to it. The interior is lightly toned from age but is generally nice and clean, though there may be the occasional page with a light bit of foxing or grubbiness. Along with that there may be the very occasional page with some kind of minor imperfection, such as a tiny chip or tear, creased page corner, light bit of soiling, etc. Generally though, it's a good copy. The book measures approximately 10 1/8 inches by 8 inches and is 416 pages long. Please look at all of the photos to further note the condition.
