Description: This hat is so cool! It is a straw folder hat. It has a date written in it of 1904 above that is the number seven. I'm wondering if that could be the size? Names mentioned on the underside of the hat are Raja, imported Swiss yeddo, Hale & a label that reads Roe costume shop- 119 East Dutton Street -Kalamazoo 31, Mich. For age, this hat is in overall good condition. The most wear is shown underneath where you can see some staining and the leather has come loose from the piece of fabric that runs around the top inside of the hat. All shown in photos. A couple very minor spots of wear to the straw. Nothing serious. Lots of photos to show details and conditions. A wonderful piece of History!
