Exterior shows some of the buckram cloth spine face torn away and the outer corner edges of the coverboards show rubbing and also some loss to the cloth. Interior of the book is clean aside for watermarks at the margins of pages from the beginning up until about page 120, lessening as it approaches closer to that page and then resuming around page 150 and getting darker to the end. All pages however remain sturdy if very slightly wavey. All text likewise remains legible and clear and pages are not ripped or torn. Book's binding is tight and well intact. Book is complete with all pages present and none coming loose, detached or missing. Book has no odors. Book totals 296 pages, measures approximately 9 1/4 x 6 1/8 x 7/8 inches and weighs about 1 1/4 pounds.
