Description: My usual basic description with all the needed details, none of the flowery sales pitch stuff. PICTURES ARE PART OF THE DESCRIPTION. Please look carefully. Please ask for more pictures if needed. The stand is included. This doll is a pretty Kestner 154 . The head was made in 1897. The doll is 16" tall. The head doesn't have cracks. The blue eyes are set. She doesn't have earrings. She has the original plaster pate. I cannot remove this to show the inside of the head. The human hair wig is antique but I don't know if it is original to the head. The mark at the base of the wig reads 154 DEP 5 The body isn't original to the doll. It has been repaired. It is attached at the shoulder with hot glue. There are repairs as follows: 1) inside left foot has a patch on cloth. 2) appropriate repair tape patches the cloth left lower leg to the leather 3. There is a leather patchbehind the left knee. 4. There is a glue repair to the left buttock. 5. The very tip of the right 2nd finger is chipped-where the nail should beShe has a modern made sailor dress. The underpants are also modern but the chemise is antique. She has antique cloth stockings and reproduction blue faux leather strap shoes. SHIPPING Shipping is an estimate. I put in estimated total weight and package size, Ebay gives you a price based on that and the distance it will travel from Connecticut. I will ship the least expensive way possible. The package will be insured for the value paid. It is included in the shipping cost. I expect payment within 3 days of purchase or receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed.I will combine shipping when I can. NIt is difficult to combine big dolls as the package becomes too big and heavy. ALL COMBINED PURCHASES MUST BE PAID FOR TOGETHER SINCE I CAN'T INSURE IT PROPERLY OTHERWISE. Dolls cannot be shipped with the wigs. INTERNATIONAL: HIPPING THROUGH EBAY INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING PROGRAM ONLY!!!PLEASE CHECK IF THERE IS A DOLLAR LIMIT FOR YOUR COUNTRY. I am not a professional dealer. I am selling my collection of 1000+ dolls, accumulated over 40 years. Many of these have been put together with parts bought separately over years. I describe to the best of my ability. FOR PACKING I USE PREVIOUSLY USED BOXES, CLEAN PLASTICS THAT CAN BE RECYCLED, NOT NEW PACKING MATERIALS. THE HEAD IS WRAPPED IN EITHER NEW OR USED BUBBLE WRAP. THE BOX/PACKING WILL NOT LOOK PRETTY OR ELEGANT BUT THE CONTENTS WILL BE SECURE. NOTHING SHIFTS THE WAY I PACK. THESE MATERIALS MAY BE PLASTIC MILK CARTONS, NEWSPAPERS, EMPTY FOOD PACKAGES, ETC. These all have been washed in hot soapy water and allowed to dry completely. If I have any, I will reuse packing bubbles, paper, etc.
