I believe this is from 1900 and is French, please use your own judgement. It's brightly colored and has an antique romantic feel. It depicts a wedding procession on a lovely Spring day with long grass, trees, and flowers blooming all around. There's What looks like a church spire in the distance. There is significant wear to the frame. I did not inspect the print out of the frame so I can't be sure but it looks slightly warped to me under certain light. The print looks to be in decent shape overall. I refund shipping if it's less than estimated.
