Description: Antique sterling Silver Egyptian Revival Single Flower Vase by Tiffany & Co. Union Square 1853 An exceptional antique Tiffany and Co. sterling silver single flower vase. It has an applied classic, elegant design with pear-shaped body, narrow, flared mouth and sits on a round base. It is adorned with intricate scroll work patterns encircle the body with three faces. There are three curved handles that originate from the top of the head of each face terminating in a decorative design on the middle of the vase. The vase stands 6 7/8" tall, has a base diameter of 2 1/2" and the diameter of the top circle is 1 1/4". Hallmarked on the bottom shows Tiffany and Co. 2589 Sterling, the letter M mark for J. C. Moore, Union Square. Circa 1853. In very good condition due to a few light impressions that is very hard to photograph. The top of the vase is pictured showing slight out of round.
