Description: Stoneware blue and white butter crock ~ with original lid, no bail handle ~ has issues due to age and use ~ there are a few imperfections done in the making as seen in pics ~ there is chunk out where the bail handle was attached, looks old, there is a crack that runs on the inside along the edge and up the one side, I don't see that they came through to the outside it could be possible I am missing them or not through, it has a pretty good ring when tapped ~ the fact it survived with the lid intact is a nice find, usually they are broken, it's an early piece that would be great in a country/primitive home ~ the piece is heavy so it would be difficult to lower the shipping cost and still protect itMy vintage items are sold as is please look at the pics for reference or message for more info.
