I use the shipping calculator and the price is based on USPS rates for weight, location and package size. There are no charges added for handling or supplies. Returns: I do accept returns, however I only pay for return shipping if item is not as described. If the item is damaged during shipping it is not eligible for a return, email me and we will get a claim started through the USPS and they will refund your money. Returned items must be returned in the same condition it was received. New items must be returned un-opened, undamaged and odor free. Used items must be returned in the same condition as it was received also.Payment: Payment is expected within 3 days after purchase is made. If payment is not received, Ebay automatically opens a non-paying bidder claim.
