The parts are fully functional, but they have minor blemishes: (1) the wi-fi adapter does not come with the original antenna, but another antenna will be provided, (2) the latch on the PCIe slot broke, but the slot still works, (3) the PSU is missing one of the PCIe cables and one of the peripheral cables. However, this is unlikely to be an issue. The PSU comes with sufficient cables to connect the motherboard, several SSDs and cooling fans, and an NVidia 1660 video card. (4) The cooler does not come with a fan. My old build used the case fans to blow air on the cooler. The motherboard is missing the port plate.
