All are in great physical shape, however many have signs of wear such as dim displays or especially the front buttons may not light up, or fans may run high, but they are all fully functional and fully tested! Teranex is clearly not included, was just used for testing. Be aware I have sold 60+ of these this year and tested them all perfectly. However some buyers have received them and claimed they don't work. PLEASE first make sure you know how to use these, second message me first so I can assist you in setting these up as I have fully and thoroughly tested each one in inventory before they get sent out. Ensure you are on the latest Software downloaded from the Blackmagic website, and you've properly enabled system permissions. These also must go through software to work properly. You can't use these as straight converters (HDMI to SDI or embed/debedd) as much as I wish you could. These are meant for recording audio/video into a computer software OR playing back audio/video out of a computer software. All were tested through OBS and ProPresenter software to confirm functionality,
