This note is obviously circulated and has the following: folding and wear (also has some heavier creases and areas of wrinkled folding); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has smudges, dark and dirty areas, grease stains, areas of discoloration); edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed); edge indents/nicks (no tears that I could see); surface wear and fraying; two holes that I could see.
