It is made from Flexstock, a proprietary card stock material on a mild luster finish with detailed Photo Real elements. This is a “built from scratch “piece of miniature art in 1/64 scale. You will receive everything that is shown in the photographs. This diorama includes several loose pieces that can be staged as the owner wishes. The exterior of the diorama area is lighted using LED streetlights powered by batteries (included) with on/off switch. Our creations are one off, no two are identical. Our art pieces are double packaged to help prevent shipping damage. This piece is true to scale at 1/64. Our art pieces are assembled from scratch incorporating many parts from numerous suppliers. Many modifications, alterations, and custom fit items are incorporated. Many of the original kit parts have been highly modified. This piece is built for adult collectors only. It is not intended for any type of use other than static display. This is of glue and stick construction, therefore, there are some parts that could come loose during shipping and may need to be repaired and or glued back in place. If the buyer does not feel qualified or comfortable with making any needed repairs return the item to me, prepaid shipping, and I will repair and return it to buyer, prepaid shipping. This diorama will make a great addition to any collector’s diorama or standalone collections. Diorama dimensions – 5 in. tall x 6.5 in. wide x 7 in. deep ********NOTE: To unpack this specific model, open the top of box and then cut each of the 4 corners down from top to bottom. This will allow the box to lay flat making it easier to remove the packing material.
