Description: Vintage Original Cabinet Card Photo of Anna Wynne Gerster and likely family Sept. 1888. On back handwritten 'Estes Family Sept. 1888 For Aunte Anna'. We believe photo was taken in either Ohio or Europe when Anna was visiting relatives and photo was sent to her later. Anna (1853-1931) was born in Cincinnati and her husband, famous Dr. Arpad Gerster was born in Hungary. Great photo on porch with kids and carriage with baby sitting straight up. Nice hats too looks like everyone was dressed up possibly a baptism or other event being celebrated. Measures 8.5 x 5" no photographer noted. Condition is good wear along edges and fading with age.
