Description: Emmet Kelly Jr. Red Cross 25 Clown Flambro Figurine 31/4" Emmett Leo Kelly was an American circus performer, who created the clown character "Weary Willie", based on the hobos of the Great Depression in the 1930s. He was born in Kansas in 1898 and died in 1979. Kelly was best known for his “Weary Willy” character, which was based on a hobo.
