The size 6+ solitaire style engagement/ wedding ring tapers in width from 7.29mm top center down to 2.58mm at the shoulders, down to 2.00mm bottom center. The ring consists of a yellow knife-edge tapered shank with a center white, tall six-prong setting containing one round brilliant cut natural diamond. It measures 6.32-6.34mm X 3.82mm in diameter and approximate depth (not exact due to the mounting), and it weighs 0.96ct. estimated by formula. It is SI1 in clarity and appears to be I-J in color with a medium blue fluorescence. It has very good polish and very good symmetry with a thin to thick faceted girdle (where the top and bottom facets meet). The gold is estimated to weigh 1.30 pennyweights. The ring was cast, assembled and handset with a bright polished finish. The ring is in very good condition.
