THIS IS NOT A COMPLETE ROCKET - No decals or tubes - fins and centering rings only! The New Big Red Max kit from Estes is an awesome 3" version of the classic rocket with a unique nosecone that is also shared by another classic model - the Estes Citation Patriot. This set includes the fins and centering rings to convert your Big Red Max kit to a Patriot. It includes laser cut, 1/8" thick, baltic birch plywood fins in the Patriot pattern and plywood centering rings that fit the Big Red Max body tube. In order to complete the conversion you will need an Estes Big Red Max kit, a 3" tube coupler, an Estes 3" body tube cut down to 18 3/4" and decals (Stickershock sells a 3" Patriot decal set that would work perfectly). Estes sells the body tube and coupler under their "Pro Series II" parts page. I offer a 3" tube cutting guide to help make a straight cut (sold separately). You are responsible for making sure your conversion is flight worthy and properly balanced. If you do so this would be an awesome rocket that can fly on up to H motors!
