ELECTRIC. It's all there." It embodies the free-thinking that Fender has built up over its 70-year history, and the innovativeness that expands the possibilities of artists. This guitar can output a wide variety of sound variations obtained by the body shape and materials of an acoustic guitar, a bold electric guitar sound, and even a completely new sound that blends both, allowing for unlimited sound creation that goes beyond the boundaries of the instrument known as a guitar. ■Stringed Instrument Resonance System The patent-pending Stringed Instrument Resonance System (SIRS) uses a design inspired by a waterfall to control the air flow inside the body, resulting in powerful, natural voicing and lively overtones. ■Acoustic Engine The Acoustic Engine, jointly developed by Fender and Fishman, incorporates new technology that has both acoustic and electric sounds. Five modes can be selected with a 5-way selector, and each mode has two different sounds. The Mod knob allows you to blend these two sounds. ■Design and Construction Not only does it come in five beautiful colors, but the contour processing on the hollow body and the neck heel processing are very elegant and beautiful, and the structure also contributes to high playability. ■Mahogany Telecaster Neck Although the body looks acoustic, the Acoustasonic Telecaster is fitted with a smooth Telecaster neck equipped with an ebony fingerboard. This neck with 22 frets and a 25.5-inch scale is also perfect for players who usually play electric guitars. ■Pickups The Acoustasonic Telecaster is equipped with three types of pickups: the Fishman under-saddle transducer, the Fishman Acoustasonic Enhancer, and the Fender Acoustasonic Noiseless pickup. The Acoustasonic Noiseless is a pickup designed specifically for this guitar, and can be played alone or blended with the Fishman piezo pickup mounted under the bridge saddle to create new sounds.
