Description: First Silver Penny & Racketeer Gold Nickel minted in 1907. The V Nickel is gold plated to simulate one of the early gold nickels made. The early gold nickels looked much like the five dollar gold coin used and were confused sometimes for the gold five dollar coin. The silver penny is plated in .999 silver to simulate the original silver penny. The Liberty V nickel was first produced in 1883. These coins have been encased in a plastic holder for protection. The case here has some scratches on the face but they are minimal. Shipping is to the U.S.A. areas only.
