These shelve take many hours to construct. They were not mass produced in a factory. Beautiful White oak with 3 brushed on coats of gloss polyurethane. Not a thin sprayed on single coat like most furniture you see. I've seen a lot of floating shelves that are unstable from the get go. With our wider back board stability is 10 fold.Single board floating shelve easily FAIL. There is always going to be that one person (probably a child) that tries to hang from a shelf.The HANGMAN CBH30 is rated to hold up to 300lbs! The shelves fit snug against the wall. No gap. Each shelf comes with the HANGMAN french cleat system. Easy to hang. It even comes with a slide on leveling device. (see photos.)The cleat has mounting holes every 1 inch so you can mount it anywhere across your wall and not only where the studs are with many other mounting systems. Mama always said "when you buy furniture, buy heavy furniture". Since these shelve are made for thick white oak lumber they are heavy. Tools needed: drill, Philips head drill bit, stud finder.
