Description: FULPER 9.5" x 8" VASE W/BOXY HANDLES #485 1909-1917 GREEN OVER BLUE GLAZES F159. This Fulper vase stands a respectable 9.5" high by 8" in diameter. It has a wonderful full-bodied form, with boxy handles at the shoulders, in a nice Arts & Crafts / Art Deco / Art Nouveau presentation. This vase is glazed in a rich green over royal blue glaze, with a glossy sheen at the top, and a matte finish over the blue. It is marked with the Fulper squared racetrack mark, dating it to circa 1909-1917. It is in excellent antique condition, with professional restoration to one of the handles, and the usual glaze nuances common to Fulper pots. It has a slight fleebite/nick on the very bottom of pedestal base, not uncommon with heavy Fulper pots, which is not obvious on one side, but is noted on the other. This grand vessel makes a fabulous Arts & Crafts presentation! This truly rare and gorgeous vase will be carefully packaged and shipped fully insured with signature confirmation.
