Wood is drilled with a recessed clearance below the board for bed-to-frame mounting bolts. Boards rest on cross sills as original and completely hide the bed-to-frame bolts. Customer needs cross sills with square holes punched for bed-to-frame mounting or modify existing cross sills. Pine is planed, grade "C" and its tolerances allow: firm knots max 3/8", some checking (splits), planing flaws on bottom of boards, bowed boards that flatten when installed, some natural discoloration and color variation are allowed.
