Description: Hear 1964 Mystics South Dakota Rock n Roll Band 45 - Cryin' Over You The Mystics - Cryin' Over You b/w Election Special (AFC Music 4-4778). Tough 1st rock n Roll ballad by this band out of Aberdeen, South Dakota and formed by Tom Lammon in 1962 with Galen Arbogast on bass, Bob Ditmanson on drums and Chuck Robertson on rhythm guitar. He later was able to recruit Bill Lebold and Hank Bowker, two local guitar players. In the mid-60s they opened for the Hullabaloos and the Everly Brothers and received the National Ballroom Operators Award. They also recorded 45s in Minneapolis, including "Crying Over You", a regional number one song. They were later added to the South Dakota Rock and Roll Music Association Hall of Fame. Take a listen.
