Hard to read the faded ink So maybe thats 2.0 mW Hard to say. I think it looks beautiful though. Never seen an opto transistor with that lovely white substrate. So maybe its a laser and thats the heat sinking component, and the 3rd lead is sense? No clue. I should probably test it. Or if you know, would you let me know? Thanks in advance!
