Description: Selling off more of my collection. ====== Uncommon Hachiyo Optical Corp. Alpenflex TLR. This is an early model, with the fluted stamped steel bits next to the lenses. Fun fact; the Hachiyo Corp. was spun off of Nikon after the war. ===== I have serviced the shutter (see pictures) and it functions well at all speeds. While it has not been tested with a shutter speed tester, the speeds sound within range to my ear. The taking lens appears to have had fungus at some point, but evidence does not appear unless a strong light is shone through it. Otherwise, there are no scratches present. The rear elements are clear at the front, but there are splotches of what I suspect to be coating damage if a strong light is shone through. See the end two pictures for two examples I've taken with this camera. The body is in alright condition, with some signs of age (notably the paint ding on the viewfinder housing). Focusing is fine, both with the ground glass and knob. ===== Comes with original lens cap. If you have any questions or would like to know more, do not hesitate to ask.
