JEAN CLAUDE NOVARO French Art Glass Copper Square 9.5" Perfume Bottle Decanter

Description: This listing is for a Vintage Jean Claude Novaro (1943-2014) French Studio Art Glass Large 9.5" (24 cm) Tall Square Shaped Perfume / Cologne Bottle, Flacon, or Decanter. It is signed on bottom with inscribed "NOVARO" and some other words I cannot decipher (photos 6-8). Decorated with marbled swirling designs of blues, reds, and browns with copper aventurine flakes. Cased with a thick transparent greenish blue color. Matching ball stopper has same designs. Hand blown with rough open ring shaped pontil on bottom. It is in great condition overall with no cracks or repairs. The bottle itself is perfect. The stopper has some chips on the bottom (photos 23 and 24), which get hidden when displayed. No other issues. Very clean and shiny. Please view photos carefully as they are my main description. *(White spots in pictures are glare / lighting from photos and not actually on the item). It is pretty big, heavy, and fragile weighing 3.4 lbs before packing and will be securely packaged and double boxed. It measures 9 7/16" (24 cm) tall to top of stopper, 7 11/16" (19.6 cm) tall to rim, 3" (7.6 cm) at widest part of body, and 1 7/8" (4.7 cm) across top rim with a 3/4" (2 cm) opening.
