Description: LARGE BLOWN GLASS WINE PITCHER W/ PEWTER LID This is a beautiful antique handblown glass wine pitcher with a Mary Gregory-style enameled painting.It is a musketeer-like figure with a sword and playing a trumpet.It is a tall piece with a pewter hinged lid. It has a cranberry flashing decorating the rolls at the bottom The top rim has a fired gold edge.There is a pontil mark from the glass blower in the bottom and the handle is applied.It measures 15" tall with the lid and has a top diameter of 3-1/4" and bottom diameter of 5-1/2".An impressive display piece.Please see the photos.
