Has a scalloped edge and round collar base. This pattern has been manufactured by various companies over the years and was first introduced in 1880s by Adams & Co. and was called Palace. This amberina toothpick holder stands 2 1/2 inches high. There is a sticker on the bottom Hand Smith Crafted. Very nice condition.
