Great for parties or events. Bottom has sheee feather look layer over stiff tulle and then the very bottom is a slip material. Creates an hourglass figure. This is vintage and is missing a few beads in random places but unless you are close up you dont notice. This is a rare piece. It seems to be the same dress Ms. Fitness 2006 Competitor Karla Kirkegaard was photographed in by Will Tompkins. You can search her to see what the dress looks like on a woman instead of a mannequin.The hip area measures 18 inches when laying flat. This is from the area where feather look begins. Hips may fall different on a person with a different height. Measures 65 inches from top strap to bottom seam while flat. Waist and bust measurements are shown in images.
