I am not describing these as "GEM" or "BU" because some of them are shinier than other and I feel those descriptions are overused on eBay. Most often to mean, "I dunked this in some coin cleaner". This doesn't mean the items in this lot are inferior in quality to other listings for bulk coins, but these didn't come out of an original bankroll. I found them in coin wrappers with other dimes and they had almost all of their original luster and only bag marks.
