Description: Chop plate Product Information •Width: 14 3/8 in •Crafted In USA •Hand Wash •Discontinued Piece This chop plate was made by Iron Mountain Stoneware in the Martha's Flowers pattern, which has been discontinued. Iron Mountain made handpainted stoneware in Laurel Bloomery, Tennessee, the northeasternmost community in the state, from 1965 to 1992. The gray plate is decorated with blue flowers and leaves and is stamped with the Iron Mountain logo on the bottom. The large plate is used, but in excellent condition with no cracks, no chips, no crazing and very few signs of wear. Also included in the pictures is a picture from this stoneware pattern located in the Smithsonian.
