I’m not sure of the exact material, but it looks like a fine ribbon or shiny paper. There are some parts of the picture that are painted as well. The original plastic covering was removed because someone wrote with marker on it. There are no stains or defects in the front of the picture, except some very minor creasing in the peacock tail. On the back of the picture, the original paper is torn. However, the fabric is still securely attached to the board. This item is clean and from a smoke free home.
