Paper inner sleeve is clean and bright, no splits, no tape. The cover rates NEAR MINT, shrink is still intact on all three sides, is super clean, deep color, bright yellow, edges excellent, no splits, no tape, binder edge is excellent and readable, no signatures or writing, has a tiny manufacturer's notch cut out in upper corner (unnoticeable), looks minimally handled!
