Typically, Toyota packs 10 items per bag. Rest assured the item is the same OEM product that you see in the ad. All of our used parts are tested before shipping. We won't ship something that does not pass. Again, we are looking for your repeat business. To protect both buyer and seller, all used items have a unique marking that denotes the product came from us. In addition, electrical items have special tape to prevent tampering. There are no returns if this is tampered with. Returns: Do you accept returns? Yes, items that are new, unopened will receive a 100% refund. Items that are openened, installed, damaged, or anything other than the condition they left in are subject up to a 50% deduction per eBay's guidelines. Anyone misusing the Returns policy will be reported to eBay and you will be blocked from any future purchases. Shipping: I received a tracking number but it shows my package has not shipped. All the major carriers, especially USPS, are having delays. We are seeing transit times take up to 10 business days along with very delayed/incorrect statuses correctly. We've see many times where it says label created or picked up, a week goes by with no update and then it says out for delivery. Again, we ask for your patience as there is nothing that we can do and is beyond our contro. Rest assured, your product has shipped and is in transit. When do you ship? Officially, per eBay we have 3 business days to process your order. Unofficially, most items will process within 24 hours. We are not responsible for items once it leaves our possession. Do you offer expedited shipping? Currently we do not offer expdited shipping. When/how can I expect my item to arrive? Economy shipping will go whatever method we decide based on location, price, weight and size. Items will ship using the most economical method, which may take up to 10 business days, although this is very atypical. Do you ship to PO Boxes? No, we do not ship to PO Boxes. Since our prices include shipping, we have to be able to choose the shipping carrier, and with PO Boxes we are limited to USPS which may not always be the best option.
