Description: Dated 1917, this Henrietta Bailey for Newcomb College Pottery decorated vase stands 8.5" tall by 4.5" in diameter at the widest point. Finished in the easily recognizable Newcomb College pinks and blues, it is decorated with a band of flowers, leaves and stems. In factory original condition, no chips, cracks, hairlines or repairs, there are a four very small factory glaze pops (see pictures). Marks include the Newcomb "NC" factory logo, Ms. Bailey initials, IY92 (date), JM (Joseph Meyers potter) and 232 (shape).
