Description: Rare "MINT" 1992 Limited Edition Norman Rockwell Porcelain figurine, "THE VALEDICTORIAN", part of the "Sugar & Spice" Collection. Stored away, removed from the box for picture taking only. Comes in original box and packaging. Hand painted(I believe the abrasions on the brown rim of the base are supposed to make it look "weathered", or...they may have come from the plastic rubbing up against it while it was in the box. Either way, a little brown Delta Ceramcoat paint should touch it up just fine if you choose.) Figurine measures approximately 5.5" tall on a 4.5" x 5" oval base. Issue # A0869.
