Description: 1973 Cessna 172 Skyhawk Owner's Manual. D964-13 Printed 12/72. This sound factory original owner's manual is in good, lightly used condition. The cover is mostly nice and clean and shiny, with a little gentle wear and some very gentle little bends from use. The rear cover does show a respectable small crease at the top outside corner, and this has been repaired and stiffened with a couple of small pieces of clear packing tape both inside and out. Small cyphering was also found on the rear cover, and this has been covered with a small piece of self adhesive postage label for aesthetics. The cover remains well attached by shiny staples. A couple of pen circles are found on pages 4-2 and 4-3, and small pen marks are also found on the Weight and Balance graph, and a few tiny dots are found on the Weight and Balance envelope. There is light patina throughout as you might expect of a manual of this vintage. That is it. Otherwise, the book is rather pristine inside with no other writing or markings, no highlighting, no missing or torn or loose pages. The corners are still pretty sharp, and the book lays flat. See the photos. This factory original owner's manual was printed 12/72 per the inside cover. Lightly used, but still pretty nice, especially for a 51 year old manual. Always check for revisions, supplements, and updates with vintage manuals. If your old '73 Skyhawk book looks like crap, then buy this one. The manual will be securely packaged and properly labeled. The manual will be placed in a plastic sleeve to help protect it from moisture, and then placed into a rigid envelope stamped with "Do Not Bend" to help protect it from the USPS.
