They plug into the power pack which mounts to the camera. The strobe heads have been tested and they work. The strobe heads can be set to fire together or individually. Everything is in very clean cosmetic shape showing little if any use.The camera and strobe power pack do not come with this sale but we do have power packs for sale in our Ebay store.
