Description: Pair of Antique Torchiere Floor Lamps Opalescent Large Milk Glass Shades Clear Columns w Etched Grape and Vines 1920s A very rare pair of antique torchiere floor lamps with original large opalescent milk glass lotus shaped shades. Dates back to the 1920s era. Beautiful Art Nouveau style. The glass columns are 1.50 inch diameter and have a ground grape and vine decorations on the entire columns. 11 inch diameter cast metal base with an 8 inch diameter mirror caps. 5.50 inch diameter cast metal cup top. Uses large 1.50 inch diameter screw in light bulbs that are not included in this listing. Has a porcelain sockets. On and off switches work. Both will need rewired, hence selling as is. The original matching heavy opalescent white milk glass shades are 16.50 inches in diameter. They are in the shape of a large extended lotus flower. The open pierced cut metal cups under the shades are featuring leaves with buds. The pair of lamps are 61 inches tall without shades. 66 inches tall with shades. The pair of lamps are as found and are selling as is. Still in nice condition after all these years. Guesstimated weight is 80 pounds total.
