Description: Pioneer Elite DVL-91 Reference Laser Disc and DVD Player with Remote Control Player has been sitting around for a long time. The display is very dim. At first, it would not read any disc and just eject the tray. After a few attempts, it would finally spin up and play.I tested a CD, a DVD and a Laserdisc. A few DVD's would not play. I think it was a region issue. Now, it seems to be working. It has two trays, one for DVD's and one for LaserDiscs.It has two laser pickup systems that rotate. Because there are a lot of moving parts in this unit and it is old, I am selling it as-is for half the price. Wood has a chip in it and it is missing two screws. Includes a remote control.
