Description: THIS AUCTION OR LISTING FOR: POKEMON: LUXRAY SWSH023 (PRERELEASE STAFF) (SWORD & SHIELD PROMO) ) This card was given to me from a staff member for running a official pokemon tournament ( did give the staff member this card but he gave it back to me for a trade of booster packs instead. since i no longer run official store i'm able to place up online for sale 90% OF all the cards from any set name are brand new pulled from a booster pack. and place on Ebay for sale. most of the cards because there so many of them are put in 5000 count boxes but are still new just waiting for being place on Ebay. so cards are not from booster packs but from promotional packs or packages and only the one cards that i take both sides of the card with no words on the back will be the used. ones any used ones will have more then one picture on it and will be a condition of poor up to very mint condition. ( all brand new are consider near mint but can have factory defects even if in new condition. ) EBAY POLICYGAMERS POLICY 1. If you want Gamers to ship your item to a different address that is not the one you put on paypal or ebay. (SORRY I only ship to the address which is stated from EBAY. ) I will not ship a item to any other address. 2. overseas shipping I only go through EBAY INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, AND I will only ship a item that has a full insurance on it. since there is no tracking number after custom's please allow up to 2 Months for shipping. 3. repeat overseas customers that have a 100% Feedback and been going through me a few times will get 1/2 off the shipping fee.
